I have been contracting Task Bullet since 2014 or so. I really like their bucket hours system which give me a lot of flexibilities to run my businesses. They have a dedicated project manager to assign VA for tasks. This really helps when there is an issue come up in a project. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

I have been using TaskBullet for over 5 years now. I love how they assign a different VA that is skilled in the specific area I need. I can have several VA's working for me at the same time all on different kinds of tasks, but all pulling from the same bucket of hours. I also love the hour bucket system. Sometimes I need to use a lot of hours during busy season and other times I don't need as much help. This system allows me to budget for seasonal shifts in business.
