Tier 1 is $2.50 for the first minute and $1.00 for each additional minute. The default 5-minute hold is $6.50, and unused hold is released.
US and Canadian numbers. No recording. Consent required on every call.
script_mode guided asks the questions you send. instructions tell the VA how to handle anything those questions do not cover.
Each answer is keyed by the question id you sent, so you can write it back to the lead.
This is for inbound leads. consent_attestation must be true. Cold lists are not this API.
