1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TaskBullet's website and Flexible Hour Virtual Assistant Services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

TaskBullet provides managed virtual assistant services through our Flexible Hour Model. You purchase buckets of hours that can be applied to any supported tasks. Hours roll over for 90 days from the date of purchase.

3. Accounts & Billing

• You must provide accurate contact and payment information.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• One-time bucket purchases do not auto-renew.

4. 60-Day Unused Hour Guarantee

If you have unused hours within 60 days of purchase, you may request a refund for those unused hours by contacting support@taskbullet.com.

5. 90-Day Hour Rollover

Purchased hours remain available for 90 days from the purchase date. Hours that are not used within 90 days expire automatically.

6. Free Trial

TaskBullet may offer promotional free hours. Free trial hours are subject to the same 90-day rollover and are limited to one trial per client.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Remaining unused hours from your current bucket will continue to be available for up to 90 days. There are no long-term contracts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. TaskBullet reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if these Terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

Work product created by your virtual assistant on your behalf is owned by you. TaskBullet retains ownership of its proprietary systems, processes, and branding.

10. Limitation of Liability

TaskBullet's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
