FAQ

Is this a Basecamp marketplace app with a custom Assign button?

Basecamp does not allow third-party UI on todos. TaskBullet appears as a person in the native Assign list after you connect and enable projects. That is the supported, reliable path.

Where do VAs work?

VAs work in TaskBullet’s ops Basecamp and tools — the same path as dashboard and email tasks. Your original Basecamp todo gets status comments (received, queued, or needs hours).

Do I need hours before assigning?

Yes. If your account has no usable hours, TaskBullet comments on the todo with links to add hours or start a trial. After you add capacity, assigned todos are picked up automatically.

Is connect free?

Yes. Connecting Basecamp is free. You pay for virtual assistant hours on TaskBullet as usual.
