What do I see in Basecamp?

After you connect and enable projects, a team person named TaskBullet appears in the native Assign list on those projects. You assign todos to TaskBullet the same way you assign a teammate. That todo is your request; the VA works the handoff in TaskBullet’s delivery workspace and you track progress on the TaskBullet dashboard—plus status comments on the original todo.

Why is work not only on my Basecamp todo?

Assigning TaskBullet is the signal to start. Your project stays the system of record for the assignment; TaskBullet runs delivery (VA, hours, AM) under your company account so capacity and quality stay controlled. You still get comments on the original todo when we receive work.

I clicked you on basecamp.com/integrations. Am I installed?

The directory only opens this page — Basecamp has no one-click install API for third parties. Install means: start the free trial (or use an existing TaskBullet account), sign in with that same email, OAuth-connect Basecamp as admin, and enable projects so TaskBullet appears under Assign. Do I need a Chrome extension or custom Assign button?

No. Assignees in Basecamp are people only. After setup, choose the person named TaskBullet in the native Assign list — same UI you already use for teammates.

Who pays and whose dashboard is this?

Your TaskBullet company account. That is who we bill and who sees the dashboard. Basecamp does not charge for this listing. Teammates can assign in Basecamp; you manage capacity and status in TaskBullet.

Who does the work?

TaskBullet virtual assistants and specialists under your account — not an unpaid bot. Assigning TaskBullet is the signal that work should enter our VA pipeline.
