TaskBullet SMS Program

This page describes the TaskBullet SMS Program operated by TaskBullet LLC (taskbullet.com). It is the public call-to-action and program disclosure for customer-care and operational text messages.

What you receive

Transactional and customer-care SMS about your TaskBullet account, such as task or delivery updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, support replies, and operational coordination with your account team. This is not a bulk advertising or third-party lead-generation campaign.

How you opt in (call to action)

You only join the TaskBullet SMS Program after an affirmative opt-in:

Primary (clients): After signing in to the TaskBullet client dashboard, open Profile / account settings, enter or confirm a mobile number, and check an unchecked consent box labeled approximately: "I agree to receive customer-care SMS from TaskBullet about my account (task updates, scheduling, status, support). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase." Links to this SMS Program page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service appear next to the checkbox. Saving the profile records the opt-in.
Staff and contractors only: providing a work mobile during TaskBullet onboarding for internal operational alerts under an employment or contractor agreement (not consumer marketing).

Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number only for billing or contact without checking the dashboard SMS Program checkbox is not treated as SMS program opt-in. We do not buy lists or use third-party lead lists for this program.

Message frequency varies with account activity.
Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

STOP — reply STOP to any TaskBullet SMS to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further program messages to that number.
HELP — reply HELP, call 855-827-5285, or email support@taskbullet.net.

Privacy

We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. Delivery providers (for example Twilio) process numbers only to send messages you consented to. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
